Flaunt Film: Lady Gaga ft. Beyonce "Telephone"




Umm not sure what to think of their new video there's quite a lot going on.... and that may be an understatement. It almost seems like they were trying too hard you know? Any-whoo the creativity in Lady Gaga's cigarette glasses and pop-can rollers were interesting to say the least. Maybe I need more time....just give me a day or two lol. What do you think Flaunt Followers!?

    The video isn't as original as I thought it was going to be. We've all seen Kill Bill, and there's no need to rehash it. I think the cigarette sunglasses are interesting too. Beyonce still plays it pretty safe compared to Ms. GaGa. In closing, I think it's better than taking the safe route = filming the video in a club with their ex-boyfriend ringing up their phone.

    I think they tried way too hard! Though I like some of the styling and a few of the dance moves! Plus, Tyrese is gorgeous!

    Good Video and of course some amazing references to other artists (think Maluca for the beer cans in the hair http://knotoryus.com/archives/6266) and of course, as a queer girl, how could I not know that Gaga's 'Prison Daddy' was none other than Heather Cassils (http://velvetparkmedia.com/blogs/lady-gagas-prison-daddy) Everything that is done has been done before. Glad that Gaga is helping 'out' these people who usually don't get much press.
