Its been a while now that I've created any jewelry by hand & lately I've been amazed by the concept of an "earlace" (earring+necklace). So not too long ago Rihanna was out flaunting an earlace by designer Dechel McKillion. I've actually worked with Dechel through Live! On Sunset and she's such a sweet girl & great stylist. I now do visual merchandising for the boutique so I don't get to see her as often. Anyway, I got inspired and based on my funds lol, I decided to make my own!
It's actually quite simple to create, you just have to keep in mind the length & direction of each chain once put together. I purposely made mine longer because I prefer the look. Although it looks hazardous it's not, just as long as you're not clumsy.
Here I wore it with a yellow silk vintage tank, bleach/destroyed denim, and platform suede beige heels. I love how the gold complements the yellow/mustard tones in the tank. Perfect for summer and definitely an attention grabber!
stay Fierce, be Fearless, & Flaunt it...you got it!
Ok.....so How did You do IT?
